1. What we collect and why

We collect only the information needed to process your purchase and deliver your PDF booster.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect names unless you voluntarily provide one.
• We do not collect information about the student using the booster.
• We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioural profiling.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate CoreMark:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (your order confirmation and PDF link).
• Beehiiv — optional newsletter. Only subscribed if you opt in or make a purchase.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Neon — database hosting for order records.

All services are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us.

4. Email communications

When you purchase a booster, we will send you:

• An immediate order confirmation with your PDF download link.
• A follow-up study tip email approximately 48 hours after purchase.
• A one-time check-in email approximately 7 days after purchase.

You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time by emailing info@coremark.study. Order confirmation emails cannot be opted out of as they contain your purchased content.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations to retain order records).
• Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use only essential session storage (no persistent cookies) to pass order information between the checkout and delivery pages. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

7. Children's privacy

CoreMark products are purchased by parents and guardians on behalf of students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All purchases are made by adults, and we collect only the purchaser's email address.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
